Overview
The wholesale & concession product manager role is pivotal in securing a highly curated core offer for our wholesale partners, concessions and small store formats, ensuring sales - and profit targets as well as contributing to the brand position.
You will curate and present an elevated, relevant product offer catering to the specific partner or space and aligned with the COS brand goals and collection strategy. You are blending strong commercial acumen with a refined aesthetic sensibility to ensure each curated space reflects the brand’s point of view while being thoughtfully tailored to its unique format and location.
You will be responsible for creating and maintain an effective workflow that integrates Buying & Design teams way of working with the wholesale market buying cycle. In addition, you will act as a brand ambassador embodying the style and values of COS, while building and nurturing strong partner relationships in collaboration with wholesale accounts.
What you will do
- Driving the end-to-end process from design to delivery, with our strategic partners, ensuring a highly curated product range for specific partners, concessions or small-format version stores that deliver to sales, profit and brand positioning targets.
- Apply a strategic, creative & considered mindset to curate assortment and experience that reflect both global brand identity and local relevance. Use data-driven insights to inform product selection and space-specific buying.
- Ensure commercial success of all launches through excellent strategic planning and the execution of experiential curation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as visual merchandising, merchandising and store teams for our own channels and external wholesale partners.
- Contribute to brand expansion and growth through onboarding of new partners, opening of more concessions and small stores. Participate in all relevant pitches and collection presentations.
- Work side by side to the Key Account Manager for respective wholesale partner from setting the partnership strategy to execution. Ensure partner orders are fulfilled and delivered to plan
- Lead the orchestration of the partner experience in collaboration with visual merchandising, styling, and marketing teams to secure the intended experience. Act as a commercial storyteller in partner pitches and presentations, bringing the product vision to life.
- Support Key Accounts Lead and Growth in sourcing and onboarding of new partners, representing the collection. Build and nurture strong relationships with external partners, acting as a trusted advisor, account representative and brand ambassador for the core offer.
- As part of the global product function, you ensure close connection to the buying team; always up to date on what’s to come and what has worked to allow for an effective wholesale selling process without disrupting our DTC core model.
- Provide feedback to design and product teams on market needs and product performance to inform future collections.
- For concessions and small store formats, lead and coordinate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Product teams and Growth teams to align on strategy and execution.
- Develop and refine the overall wholesale strategy, Create and maintain an effective work-flow that integrates COS way of working with the wholesale market buying cycle to eliminate barriers and optimise opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management or wholesale buying within fashion retail with ability to curate product assortments that balance global brand identity with local relevance
- Strong commercial acumen paired with a refined aesthetic sensibility
- Skilled in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling product stories
- Experience managing partner relationships and driving commercial success across multiple formats
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Deep understanding of retail workflows and wholesale buying cycles

This is a full time, 12 month temporary role to start in December 2025, role based onsite at our Head Office in London.
