This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Redhill.

Role Overview: As a Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for maintaining and creating an environment that inspires our customers to explore their personal style. Your role includes implementing the visual identity, driving routines, supporting sales, and assisting the team to deliver a Customer First Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a visual identity in the store according to H&M guidelines to support a customer-first experience.
  • Support, coach, and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
  • Ensure safety, security, and administrative procedures are consistently followed.
  • Monitor Store KPIs and initiate actions to meet business targets, goals, and budgets.
