Job Description
This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Metrocentre Newcastle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the store to achieve a customer first experience through creating a visual identity and implementation according to H&M guidelines.
- Coach and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
- Ensure safety, security and administration procedures are always followed.
- Follow up on Store KPIs and initiate actions to reach our business targets, goals & budgets.
