This is a permanent full-time 39‑hour position based in the H&M High Street Kensington store. For this position we require 7 days flexibility, including weekends.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in creating an inspiring and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and driving commercial excellence. Acting in line with our values, you will drive both your success and the company’s success. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
- Analyse sales performance, ensure garment care and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams.
- Use your trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, and equip them to deliver a great customer experience.
