This is a permanent full‑time 39‑hour position based in the Aberdeen store. The role requires 7 days flexibility, including weekends.

What You'll Do

  • As a Store Manager, you will oversee the entire customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards that align with global strategies and your store’s local context.
  • Lead your store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Analyse sales performance, set goals, and create plans to optimise results, profits, and stock levels.
  • Keep informed about your store’s key strengths and areas for growth, while staying aware of competitors and understanding the local market and customer needs.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop your team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that promotes growth and innovation.
  • Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
