- Represent the H&M brand positively and engage customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
- Support commercial actions with your team to reach store goals and sales targets.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
- Provide and receive feedback to support your own and colleagues’ learning and development.
- Secure operational and visual excellence through guiding and coaching your colleagues.
