Job Description

These are permanent part-time positions offering 12 & 16 hours per week. They are based in the H&M Solihull store in the Touchwood Shopping Centre.

As a Sales Advisor, you are responsible for always putting our customers first while creating an exceptional shopping experience in-store. You will work with a great team, contributing to sales and profit, and sharing product and fashion knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities, delivering a great customer experience that supports the store\’s sales and profit goals.
  2. Give and receive honest feedback to support your own development and that of your colleagues.
  3. Follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of colleagues and customers.

Qualifications:

Additional Information:

Availability is 3-4 days with full flexibility, including weekends. Please note, we cannot offer sponsorship for this position under the skilled worker route.
