- Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage with customers to provide excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
- Support commercial and operational actions with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, brands, and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
- Provide and receive feedback to support personal and team development.
