Part-time positions based in the H&M Bury St Edmunds store. For these positions, we will require 2 - 5 days flexibility, including weekends.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage with customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
- Support commercial and operational actions together with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
- Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
- Provide and receive feedback to support yourself and colleagues in learning and development.

You will work with the dynamic Store Team, including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers, creating an inspirational environment for customers and colleagues.
