This is a permanent full‑time 35 hours position based in the Newcastle Eldon Square store. For this position we will require 7 days flexibility, including the weekends.
What you'll do
- Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
- Support commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
- Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
- Provide and receive feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.

Our stores are the heart of our company. Working as part of a dynamic Store Team which includes Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers, together you will create an inspirational environment for our customers and colleagues.
