This is a temporary full-time position, offering 35 hours per week. This position is based in the H&M Saint Pauls store in the New Change Shopping Centre.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- As a H&M Sales Advisor Team Leader, you will be coaching your team to provide an exceptional shopping experience as well as supporting the management team, leading your store to success.
- Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
- Supporting with commercial actions together with your team, to reach store goals and sales targets.
- Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands, competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
- Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
- Securing operational and visual excellence through guiding and coaching your colleagues.
