This is a temporary part-time 8, 16 and 20 hours position based in the Brixton store. For this position we will require 2-5 days flexibility, including the weekends.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
- Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues, to reach store goals and sales targets.
- Keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
- Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
