Temporary Part-Time Position Overview
This is a temporary part-time 20 hours position based in the Stevenage store. For this position we will require 5 days flexibility, including the weekends.
What You’ll Do
- Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage with customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
- Support commercial and operational actions with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
- Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
- Provide and receive feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.

Our stores are the heart of our company, where customers experience the brand firsthand. You will be part of a dynamic Store Team, including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers. Together you will create an inspirational environment for our customers and colleagues.
