SALES ADVISOR - KINGSTON (FULL-TIME) in Kingston upon Thames

These are permanent full‑time 35‑hour positions based in the H&M Kingston store in the Bentalls Shopping Centre. Full flexibility, including weekends, is required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues, to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keeping informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
• Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.

You will be part of a dynamic Store Team including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers, together creating an inspirational environment for our customers and colleagues.
