This is a permanent part-time 8‑hour position based in the H&M Silverburn store. We will require 2 days flexibility, including weekends.
What You’ll Do
As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage with customers to provide excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
- Support commercial and operational actions with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
- Provide and receive feedback to support yourself and your colleagues in learning and development.
