This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. This position is based in the H&M Sutton store. For this position we will require 7 days flexibility, including weekends.

- Analyse sales performance, identify commercial opportunities, set goals, and create plans to optimize results, profits, and stock levels.

- Keep informed about your store’s key strengths and areas for growth, while staying aware of competitors and understanding the local market and customer needs.
