This is a permanent full-time 39 hours position based in the Enfield store. We require 7 day flexibility, including weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • As a Department Manager, you will lead and support your team, creating an inclusive and collaborative culture.
  • You ensure an excellent operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues whilst strategically analysing sales, leading H&M to success.
  • Lead your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring excellent operational and visual standards.
  • Analyse sales performance, identify commercial opportunities, set goals, and create plans to optimise results, profits and stock levels.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop your team whilst fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that promotes growth and innovation.
  • Keep informed about your store’s key strengths and areas for growth, while staying aware of competitors and understanding the local market and customer needs.
