ABOUT THE ROLE: Drives KPI analysis, P&L deep dives, and efficiency tracking to improve store performance across the region. Supports Store Teams with actionable insights, operational risk identification, performance narratives, and data driven staffing efficiency strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of store performance across all markets to identify sales trends & operational trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with sales plans developed by the Business Planning Controller.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (i.e. Regional Commercial, Store Teams) to ensure that all operational metrics are in sync with the sales plan and strategic business initiatives.
  • Continuously review and analyse key KPIs such as Takt, visitor flows, salary %, and efficiencies across markets, ensuring alignment with overall sales plans developed by the Business Planning Controller.
  • Generate key insights and actionable recommendations on a weekly and monthly basis to store teams.
  • Support Store teams with performance narratives and data to improve operational execution and achieve targets.
  • Consolidate and streamline operational reports from across all regions to create a single source of truth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in KPI analysis, P&L deep dives, and operational efficiency tracking in a multi-market retail environment.
  • Ability to synthesise complex data into concise narratives and clear visualisations to influence business decisions.
  • Strong ability to identify key business opportunities and operational inefficiencies through data.
  • Proven ability to work with and guide operational teams towards achieving performance targets.
  • Advanced skills in reporting and analytics platforms (i.e. Power BI, Advanced Excel).
