This is a permanent full-time 39 hours position based in the H&M Birmingham New Street store. For this position we will require 7 days flexibility, including weekends.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Visual Merchandiser Manager, you will take the lead in creating an inspiring and consistent customer experience by driving visual standards and commercial excellence. Acting in line with our values, you will drive both your success and the company’s success. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
- Lead your Visual Merchandising team to prioritise and successfully execute store activation plan and collaborating with the Store Management team and the Area Visual Manager.
- Keep informed about your store’s key strengths and areas for growth, while staying aware of competitors and understanding the local market and customer needs.
- Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
