The predicted salary is between 13000 - 16000 £ per year.

This is a permanent part-time position offering 25 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Castle Lane store, Belfast City Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all cash handling, accounting, and personnel requirements in a secure, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Support the sales in store by encouraging efficiency through best practice, being responsible for all technical equipment (tills, scanners, and back office etc).
  • Work alongside the management team to keep the store informed of all administrative policies and routines, through training and education.

  • A keen interest in stock and banking procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and develop teams.
  • A passion for policies and procedures, profitability, and people.

  • Availability 7 days fully flexible, weekends included.
