About the Team

We have a great opportunity for a resourcing administrator to join our recruitment team based in Norwich. As a team we deliver an expert recruitment service to HM Treasury and other customers, providing support and guidance across all stages of the recruitment process. We play a vital role in ensuring that the business has the staff it needs to fulfil its aims and objectives. We are friendly, supportive and passionate about what we do. Come and join us!

About the Job

In this role, you will:

  • Resolve queries from candidates and hiring managers, escalating complex issues when required
  • Draft and distribute contracts of employment for HM Treasury new starters in a timely manner
  • Conduct eligibility-based sifting for HM Treasury recruitment campaigns
  • Provide advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practice and policy, relying on written policies and guidance documents
  • Arrange sift paperwork and offers for recruitment campaigns, engaging with colleagues and the wider business to coordinate
  • Maintain accurate data across the recruitment service, both on the online recruitment system and SharePoint system
  • Provide administrative support to the team such as scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and raising purchase orders for payment of invoices
  • Support the wider branch such as the early talent team with administrative tasks

The role is available on a fixed term appointment basis for up to 12 months.
