HM Stanley is a licensed operator of M&S Food, and as a locally owned company, we have big ambitions for ourselves and our employees. We are opening our second M&S Food store, and are looking for an experienced leader ready to make it a success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team in a similar environment.

As a leader of our retail business, you\’ll do more than just oversee daily operations. You\’ll support the growth & profitability of your store, role model great customer service and develop great talent and capability within your team.

  • To drive a selling culture within your team
  • Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
  • To utilise and exploit data to support operational decisions, and manage the KPIs
  • Implement a continuous improvement mentality within your team.
  • To always energise your team to deliver first-class customer service within a fast-paced environment
  • Takes ownership and accountability for the success of the team

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends

We can offer full or part-time positions and the salary will be pro-rated based on contracted hours.

Full-Time 40 hrs per week
