HM Revenue & Customs is seeking a Business Analyst to work on the enterprise CRM, alongside a Product Manager, to capture, understand and analyse business and customer needs for our future e CRM products.

You will define and capture requirements, support discovery activities, and engage with architects and product teams to articulate problems and shape early design directions across multiple workstreams.
