The Planning and Performance Team within the CDIO Finance, Portfolio, Performance and Org Transformation offers a high standard of service to CDIO, driving operational excellence by developing the business plan, associated performance measures and holding the Leadership Team to account for the performance in relation to CDIO Objectives.
Through the utilisation of established relationships and development of new networks, we deliver continuous improvement in both business performance and delivery, presenting accurate performance information across the business. We analyse information to identify and understand the impact on the business in order to influence stakeholders and challenge outcomes. We work collaboratively and corporately to support the integration of the risk across CDIO; delivering business improvements through continuous planning, utilising real time information to drive performance discussions.
As a Planning and Performance Analyst you will be accountable for developing and maintaining high quality Performance Reporting and working with business areas to understand their requirements and developing needs.

- Strong Technical reporting and data analysis skills including technical skills such as Power BI, along with WCAG awareness.
- Experience in delivery of reports to tight timescales and based on user requirements.
- Understanding and manipulating complex data and disparate sets and making them easy to interpret.
- Experience in analytics, using data to identify trends and patterns.
- Challenging and influencing within and externally to own department.
