Overview
As a Planning and Performance Analyst you will be accountable for developing and maintaining high-quality performance reporting and working with business areas to understand their requirements and develop needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining strong relationships with business areas
- Developing high quality reporting that meets user requirements
- Promoting a wider understanding of the performance framework and its importance
- Holding performance hubs with Deputy Directors
- Delivering to time and to the required quality, ensuring assurance processes are embedded
- Investing in the development of the team to build capability and contribute to a technology career at CDIO
- Strong technical reporting and data analysis skills including Power BI, with WCAG awareness
- Delivering reports to tight timescales based on user requirements
- Understanding and manipulating complex data and disparate sets to make them easy to interpret
- Analytics experience, using data to identify trends and patterns
- Challenging and influencing within and externally to the department
