Purpose

Rapidly assess and enhance the CDIO target operating model—including ways of working, processes, governance, and organisational design—to accelerate value delivery across CDIO.

Key Outcomes / KPIs

  • Operating model changes delivered and adopted (playbook/patterns, process simplifications).
  • Achieve governance clarity through improved decision rights, cadences and auditable trails.
  • Quarterly alignment (OKRs) embedded; with measurable improvements in delivery.
  • Organisation design agreed and implemented.

Priority Deliverables

  • Operating Model diagnostic & backlog with quantified value, risks, dependencies.
  • Governance lightweights aligned to OMAB (decision rights, boards, artefacts).
  • Tooling improvement proposals (e.g., change enablement, knowledge base) with measure-before/after.
  • Operating model design/change in complex tech organisations.
  • Organisational design experience in large and complex organisations.
  • Data-driven improvement; comfortable with OKRs and service metrics.
