Marketing is increasingly shaped by data, AI, and automation - and practitioners who understand all three are rare. As a Senior Consultant specialising in Agentic Marketing Data & Analytics, you will work at the intersection of marketing analytics, AI, and data strategy, helping clients harness data to understand their customers more deeply, measure marketing effectiveness, and unlock the potential of agentic AI - intelligent, autonomous systems that can analyse, recommend, and act on marketing data at scale. This is a genuine opportunity to build hands-on expertise across data analysis, agentic AI workflow design, and marketing analytics, working alongside experienced practitioners and some of the UK's most forward-thinking brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in collecting, processing, and analysing marketing datasets to support data-driven decision-making for client engagements, including campaign performance analysis, customer segmentation, and attribution modelling.
  • Support the development and optimisation of agentic AI workflows for marketing use cases, including personalised content generation, audience segmentation, predictive lead scoring, and real-time campaign analytics.
  • Learn to identify opportunities where AI agents can automate and enhance marketing analytics processes, contributing to recommendations for intelligent automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Actively participate in client discovery workshops, helping to understand client data landscapes, marketing technology stacks, and analytics requirements - acting as a supportive analytical resource during discovery and implementation phases.
  • Help translate complex data findings and AI-driven insights into clear, accessible narratives and visualisations for business stakeholders, developing skills in presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support the development of measurement frameworks and dashboards that track the impact of marketing investments, AI initiatives, and data-driven campaigns.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in agentic AI, marketing analytics, customer data platforms (CDPs), and data engineering, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and our community of practice.

To be successful in this role, you will need a growing combination of analytical, technical, and communication skills, paired with a genuine passion for data, artificial intelligence, and their application in marketing contexts. You will have:

  • A foundational understanding of data analysis principles and marketing analytics, including concepts such as customer segmentation, attribution, funnel analysis, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL and/or programming languages such as Python or R, with a strong motivation to develop deeper data engineering and analytics skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with developing ability to create clear, insightful analytical outputs.
  • An interest in AI and agentic technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent frameworks, and their application to marketing automation and personalisation.
  • A drive to earn relevant certifications in AI technologies such as Google AI Professional Certificate or AWS Certified AI Practitioner - or equivalent AI qualifications.
  • Developing presentation and communication skills, with the ability to help explain complex data findings to diverse audiences.
  • A drive to earn relevant certifications such as Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or Google Analytics - or equivalent data and analytics qualifications.
  • Exposure to or an interest in customer data platforms (CDPs) such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, or equivalent (desirable).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses or data lakes such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Google BigQuery (desirable).
  • Understanding of marketing measurement methodologies such as Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) or Multi‑Touch Attribution (MTA) (desirable).
  • Confidence using AI tools and LLMs in day‑to‑day work - whether to support research, sharpen analysis, or improve the quality of deliverables.
