Your role will involve end-to-end delivery of solutions, translating and supporting delivery of risk and regulatory and business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address critical client needs. You will also play a key role in business development, supporting the preparation of proposals and identifying opportunities to expand our client portfolio. Beyond client work, you will contribute to the growth of the Regulatory & Financial Risk practice by mentoring junior team members, sharing knowledge, and driving practice development initiatives.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive and self-starting mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional client service.
- Additional technical skills would be helpful, such as developing requirements, data mapping and coding (such as Python, SQL, advanced Excel), regulatory reporting engines, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or cloud/data platforms.
