As a Manager within our AI & Data practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients unlock significant revenue growth through advanced analytics and AI‑driven solutions. You will specialise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), with a particular focus on Trade Promotion Optimisation (TPO) and Trade Promotion Management (TPM). This role requires expertise in hands‑on delivery of TPO/TPM platforms, with a preference for experience with Visualfabriq. You will lead client engagements, design and implement cutting‑edge solutions, and advise senior stakeholders on leveraging AI and data to enhance commercial strategies, improve promotional effectiveness, and drive profitable growth. This is a leadership position that demands a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, client relationship management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Delivery: Lead specific workstreams or smaller projects within RGM, TPO, and TPM engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery. Manage day‑to‑day client interactions at an operational level, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations for deliverables. Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, solution design, and client presentations.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead client workshops to demonstrate TPM solution capabilities and refine requirements, grounded in an understanding of the solution (Visualfabriq initially). Lead and perform aspects of the hands‑on design, configuration, and implementation of TPO/TPM solutions, with a focus on Visualfabriq initially. This includes detailed system setup, master data management, workflow configuration, and user training. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure robust solution architecture within the relevant solution (where applicable). Oversee and execute data integration, model configuration, and system testing to ensure optimal performance and client value.
  • AI & Data Strategy: Support the design and delivery of TPM/RGM projects that leverage AI, machine learning and advanced analytical techniques. Develop and present data‑driven insights to inform commercial decisions and identify specific growth opportunities.
  • Project Management & Delivery: Manage specific project workstreams or smaller projects within RGM and TPO/TPM engagements, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes. Lead and mentor small project teams (typically 2-5 consultants), providing guidance, technical support, and quality assurance. Proactively identify and resolve project‑level risks and issues.
  • Thought Leadership & Innovation: Contribute to the development of Deloitte's RGM, AI & Data, and TPO/TPM assets and methodologies. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in RGM, AI, and commercial strategy, particularly related to TPO/TPM platforms. Present findings and insights internally and potentially at smaller client forums.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance. Conduct performance reviews and support career development for team members.
