A Manager within Deloitte’s AI & Data Financial Services team, focusing on Capital Markets clients, will lead small teams to deliver business‑critical outcomes, leveraging data and AI to solve complex industry challenges.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex data transformation, implementation, advisory, and remediation projects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients.
- Work within a team of high‑performing specialists.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand unique needs and develop tailored solutions for their data and AI problems.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications.

Qualifications
- Experience in business analysis, implementation, delivery or consulting within the Financial Services industry, focusing on data or AI.
- Lead and develop small teams, supporting large‑scale data programmes in Capital Markets.
- Strong communication, presentation, business writing and professional skills, bridging technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements gathering and solution shaping, translating technical requirements into business outcomes.
- Top‑notch relationship building and collaboration with internal and client stakeholders.
- Specialised experience with AI and data products, processes, technologies and modern data architecture principles (data governance, data quality, data strategy).
- Proficiency in day‑to‑day applications such as Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/SaFe, etc.) and tooling (Jira, Confluence, Planview, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) and data tools (Databricks, Power BI, Python, Snowflake, Hadoop, SQL, etc.).
- A bias for action, a problem‑solving mindset and the ability to operate independently.
Working Arrangements
Based in London with a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility across local office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites and remote work. Specific requirements will be confirmed through the recruitment process.
