As part of this team, practitioners design and develop innovative solutions that address real‑world challenges, unlock new opportunities, and drive continuous growth and innovation, from initial strategy to implementation and optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex data transformation, implementation, advisory, and remediation projects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients.
- Work within a high‑performing specialist team.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions for their most pressing data and AI problems.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
- Contribute to the growth and development of Deloitte's data practice.
Qualifications
- Experience in business analysis, implementation, delivery, or consulting in the Financial Services industry with a focus on data or AI.
- Lead and develop small teams, supporting the delivery of large‑scale data programmes within the Banking sector.
- Demonstrated experience across the Financial Services industry, primarily in Banking.
- Strong communication, presentation, business writing, and professional skills, including the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements gathering and solution shaping, translating technical requirements into business outcomes.
- Excellent at building relationships and collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to understand and articulate challenges in implementing overall vision.
- Strong and specialised experience and understanding of new AI and data products, processes and technologies, and modern data architecture principles and data management (e.g., data governance, data quality, data strategy).
- Proficiency in key day‑to‑day applications such as Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience in delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/SaFe, etc.) and tooling (Jira, Confluence, Planview, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) and data tools (Databricks, Power BI, Python, Snowflake, Hadoop, SQL, etc.).
- Demonstrated bias for action, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to operate independently.
Working arrangements
Based in London with a hybrid working model. The role allows you to work flexibly across the local office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites, and remotely, depending on the requirements of the role.
