This is a genuine opportunity to build hands-on expertise across data analysis, agentic AI workflow design, and marketing analytics, working alongside experienced practitioners and some of the UK's most forward-thinking brands.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Learn to identify opportunities where AI agents can automate and enhance marketing analytics processes, contributing to recommendations for intelligent automation and efficiency improvements.
- Actively participate in client discovery workshops, helping to understand client data landscapes, marketing technology stacks, and analytics requirements - acting as a supportive analytical resource during discovery and implementation phases.
- Help translate complex data findings and AI-driven insights into clear, accessible narratives and visualisations for business stakeholders, developing skills in presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the development of measurement frameworks and dashboards that track the impact of marketing investments, AI initiatives, and data-driven campaigns.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in agentic AI, marketing analytics, customer data platforms (CDPs), and data engineering, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and our community of practice.
To be successful in this role, you will need a growing combination of analytical, technical, and communication skills, paired with a genuine passion for data, artificial intelligence, and their application in marketing contexts. You will have:
- A foundational understanding of data analysis principles and marketing analytics, including concepts such as customer segmentation, attribution, funnel analysis, and campaign performance measurement.

- A drive to earn relevant certifications in AI technologies such as Google AI Professional Certificate or AWS Certified AI Practitioner - or equivalent AI qualifications.
- Developing presentation and communication skills, with the ability to help explain complex data findings to diverse audiences.
- A drive to earn relevant certifications such as Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or Google Analytics - or equivalent data and analytics qualifications.
