Support the development and delivery of the Asset Servicing proposition, focusing on back‐office functions such as Transfer Agency, Custody, Depositories and Fund Accounting.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the team's expertise in back‐office asset servicing, supporting thought leadership initiatives and market presence.
- Support the successful delivery of client engagements and programmes, executing tasks and analyses to achieve strategic outcomes within back‐office transformation projects.
- Collaborate effectively within project teams, learning from senior colleagues and contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Actively contribute to the development and growth of the Investment Management practice, supporting the asset‐servicing back‐office proposition, market offerings and intellectual capital.
- Assist in cultivating and strengthening client relationships, participating in client interactions and supporting the identification of new business opportunities.
- Support business development activities, including assisting with proposal writing and preparing materials for client presentations, to help secure new engagements.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the Investment Management Asset Servicing market, with exposure to or familiarity with Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, and/or Custody Services.
- Experience in a consulting environment or a relevant professional services role.
- Experience supporting transformational change programmes within back‐office functions, contributing to successful project outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within project teams, demonstrating a willingness to learn and contribute to team development.
- Experience assisting in the design and delivery of projects, contributing to the development of solutions for back‐office operations.
- Ability to work effectively within project teams, supporting the execution of tasks across various workstreams.
- Good understanding of operating model concepts, design, and analysis, particularly as applied to back‐office processes, technology integration and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to support client interactions and contribute to building strong client relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to issue resolution within project teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and concisely.
- Willingness to contribute to practice development, including supporting proposition design, thought leadership and intellectual capital development.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
