Our work combines regulatory expertise, technical modelling, data and systems solutions, and delivery/remediation capabilities, helping clients achieve their strategic objectives while meeting regulatory requirements.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading client workstreams and supporting project leadership in delivering high-quality solutions across a range of complex regulatory and financial risk challenges. You will support project leads, lead on deliverables, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Your role will involve end-to-end delivery of solutions, translating and supporting delivery of risk and regulatory and business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address critical client needs.

You will also play a key role in business development, supporting the preparation of proposals and identifying opportunities to expand our client portfolio. Beyond client work, you will contribute to the growth of the Regulatory & Financial Risk practice by mentoring junior team members, sharing knowledge, and driving practice development initiatives.

We encourage applicants who come from consulting, industry or regulatory backgrounds. To qualify for the role candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • Significant experience in financial risk management, regulatory reporting, or data transformation in the financial services or consultancy sector.
  • Proven experience in leading workstreams and managing project teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technical expertise to solve complex client challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and self-starting mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Additional technical skills would be helpful, such as developing requirements, data mapping and coding (such as Python, SQL, advanced Excel), regulatory reporting engines, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or cloud/data platforms.

You’ll be based in London with hybrid working. We understand the importance of balancing your career alongside your home life.
