Permanent job opportunity to join Advisory's Client's & Markets (C&M) team and make a measurable impact to SRTA's Go to Market effectiveness and commercial outcomes.

Your role will be critical to drive 'client first' go to market campaign activations that deliver commercial outcomes, enhance our external reputation and enable stronger client relationships. Using our campaign frameworks, we build integrated go to market campaigns that generate client meetings and lead to opportunities.

The Go to Market Manager will play a crucial role in enabling market activation for the SRTA business to achieve its commercial ambition. A key aspect of the role will be working with SRTA's Client & Market Partners to deliver market activation for Deloitte's SRTA Growth offerings in response to market demand, ensuring a cohesive go to market approach and effective sales activation for your campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across SRTA and the wider C&M function to develop and execute go to market campaigns that drive client meetings.
  • Engaging client teams to identify and qualify the market demand and define the optimal route to market.
  • Utilising our Campaign frameworks to create and drive collaborative go to market campaign structures that connect SRTA's offering with the market demand.
  • Analysing client data and market trends to refine segmentation approaches, enabling highly targeted and effective sales initiatives including leveraging our marketing insights.
  • Using Jupiter to manage campaign delivery, coaching and upskilling practitioners to operate within the Jupiter environment to ensure campaign coordination and measurability of ROI.
  • Staying abreast of industry issues and emerging trends in the markets in which you're operating; sharing knowledge to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and ensuring all activities adhere to best practices and compliance requirements.

Essentials:

  • You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful client engagement campaigns delivering ROI.
  • You have a strong understanding of client segmentation, and campaign management, ideally within a professional service or B2B environment.
  • You possess hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or CRM systems as well as a good understanding of how digital channels support targeted sales enablement.
  • You are a storyteller. You can see insight in data and build a story to showcase value, underpinning the value the team brings to the firm, as well showcasing campaign impact.
  • You are an excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively work with cross-functional teams and have the confidence to manage and challenge upwards.
  • You are a team player who supports, grows, and develops through educating or consulting others, sharing and building on the teams' collaborative skills, strength, and knowledge.
