Deloitte's Ethics, Risk and Compliance practice is looking to expand its healthcare and life science practice by hiring an experienced professional to manage regulatory compliance solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of risk and regulatory compliance in healthcare and life sciences, strong project delivery skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with complex global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, deliver, and manage bespoke regulatory compliance solutions for healthcare and life science clients.
  • Lead and coordinate regulatory workstreams, including M&A due diligence, regulatory digital transformations, and submissions management.
  • Manage complex projects, often to tight timelines, ensuring scope, budget and quality requirements are met.
  • Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, driving new business opportunities within the life sciences industry.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (governance, risk, compliance, audit, technology) and client stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent client relationship skills and a track record of large‑scale business development.
  • Extensive background in risk and regulatory topics within industry or professional services.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong experience within the Life Sciences industry, with expertise in any of the following:
    • Regulatory operating model transformations
    • Regulatory digital transformations / innovations
    • Submissions management, labeling, CMC change control, LCM processes
    • Quality Management Systems
    • Regulatory data analytics and filing requirements
    • Generation of regulatory submission packages
    • AI/GenAI solutions for regulatory content or intelligence
    • Leading M&A regulatory workstreams (due diligence, separations, integrations)
  • Open to travel to client sites and ability to work flexibly to match client demands.

Desirable Skills

  • Ability to orchestrate, lead and influence virtual teams for successful project implementation.
  • Experience supervising team members with coaching, performance management and career development.
  • Strong presentation skills for both large and small audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales cycles by framing client opportunities and leading pursuit teams.
  • Advanced problem‑solving and troubleshooting with mature judgment.
  • Experience managing multiple strategic engagements for large global organizations.
  • Foreign language skills or experience working across diverse geographies.
