Join the Operations & Industry Domain Solutions (OIDS) team, working across Consumer, Energy, Resourcing & Industrials (ERI), and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. You will assist clients in transforming their operating models, driving efficiency, and leveraging technology to deliver business value.
Responsibilities
- Analyse information, solve problems, and develop informed recommendations to support client business strategies.
- Assess business processes, identify inefficiencies, and contribute ideas for operational improvement.
- Support the design and delivery of operating models and collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build understanding of business functions and sector trends across Consumer, ERI, and/or TMT.
- Conduct research and analyze qualitative and quantitative datasets to shape insights, implications, and recommendations.
- Work effectively within project teams, contributing to successful delivery of engagements and positive client experiences.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and clients, tailoring messages to the audience.
- Structure information logically and deliver well-presented deliverables, applying technology (including AI/Automation) to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of business functions and awareness of sector trends (preferably with industry experience).
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and provide informed recommendations.
- Experience assessing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing improvements.
- Capability to support the design and delivery of operating models and identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Skill in researching and analyzing qualitative and quantitative datasets for insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with how technology (including AI/Automation) can address business challenges and optimize operational processes.
- Strong organizational skills, able to structure insights logically and contribute to clear, well-presented deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying messages clearly and confidently.
- Ability to work effectively within project teams and contribute to successful engagement delivery.
- Degree level education or equivalent qualification.
Additional Experience (Not Essential)
- Experience in a junior-level operational role within a private sector organisation (employee or consultant/contractor).
- Experience using AI/Automation to accelerate key operational processes and/or optimize ways of working.
Location & Working Arrangements
Based in London, Edinburgh or Manchester with a hybrid working model. You will have the opportunity to work in your local office, through virtual collaboration spaces, client sites, and remotely, depending on project requirements.
