The Entities Management & Business Relationships team within the Quality, Risk and Security (QRS) community is looking for a detail‑oriented analyst to oversee the entities database and Third‑Party Business Relationships. The role supports regulatory compliance, auditor independence and continuous process improvement across Deloitte’s European, Middle East & Africa network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review proposed Third‑Party Business Relationships against applicable regulatory independence rulesets.
  • Research and analyse data using IT‑based tools.
  • Provide technical advice to internal stakeholders from practitioners to partners.
  • Maintain and refresh client information and quality control systems.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across Enterprise Business Solutions and the QRS community.
  • Support ad‑hoc risk management and regulatory compliance projects.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent research, analytical and judgement skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact across all levels.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high professional standards.
  • Ability to follow defined processes while thinking creatively to solve problems.

Desirable Skills

Working Conditions

Based in Cardiff with a hybrid working model (local office, virtual collaboration, client sites and remote work). The role offers visibility with senior partners and regional partners across Deloitte Europe, Middle East, Africa and DTTL. Compliance with Deloitte’s personal independence policies is mandatory.
