As a Manager in our Planning & Fulfilment team, you will lead and deliver cutting‑edge technology and AI‑enabled solutions, bringing analytical precision and data‑driven insight to large‑scale client transformation. Your roles will include:

  • Leading key workstreams on end‑to‑end transformation projects, owning delivery and client interaction, and working closely with project leadership to contribute to successful delivery.
  • Leveraging advanced analytical and AI‑driven tools to implement innovative solutions aligned to client challenges, priorities and objectives, utilizing the latest developments in the industry.
  • Supporting sales activities and proactive cross‑industry pipeline development, including thought leadership, eminent material and sales proposition development.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of our internal Deloitte go‑to‑market solutions, enhancing capabilities with key alliance partnerships and staying up to date with the latest technological development and industry trends.

The candidate should lead innovative, data‑driven supply‑chain network solutions, using strong supply‑chain acumen and experience enabling cross‑functional collaboration to drive optimised, cohesive transformations and advanced planning solutions.

Essential:

  • Strong experience in end‑to‑end supply‑chain analytics, data modelling, and statistical analysis, with proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and programming languages.
  • Strong experience of working with clients and internal stakeholders across industries to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate within teams comprising internal and client members.
  • The ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to evaluate emerging and changing business needs of clients.
  • Enjoy working within diverse and hybrid‑located teams.
  • Professional working proficiency in the English language.

Desirables:

  • Experience with Generative AI or machine learning applications in a supply‑chain context, and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
