Qualifications and Experience
- Deep understanding of finance transformation engagements within financial services.
- Practical knowledge of how data modelling, analytics and AI can enhance delivery of finance transformations and drive efficiency, effectiveness and enhanced controls.
- Strong working knowledge of ideation to execution for AI solutions.
- Understanding of key vendor offerings across finance functional areas.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation engagements with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Educated at degree level, or equivalent experience.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- Data/analytics/AI experience.
- Proven track record of success in demanding finance roles within financial services or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and lead new business opportunities, including proposal development and pitching to clients.
- Proven ability to plan, manage and deliver high quality projects, with strong financial acumen and people leadership.
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across finance and technology functions.
