Werrington and Wetherby only accommodate boys, and successful applicants will be part of an established team committed to working with children in custody. The team includes Forensic, Clinical, Counselling, Occupational, and Educational Psychologists, plus Family Therapists. Successful applicants will have no line management responsibilities but will have the opportunity to provide designated supervision to our team of Forensic Psychologists in Training.
YCS collaborates with the NHS in delivering the SECURE STAIRS framework for integrated care. This vacancy uses Success Profiles, which assess Behaviours, Strengths, Experience, and Technical skills.
