You’ll kick off with an in-depth introduction to H&M Group, before heading into the program. During your trainee program, you will work on live projects with your new team, which gives you the chance to change the game and be a part of forming new, better ways of working. As a trainee, you can explore international placements, too, and combine learning with a chance to see the world. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have a few years of experience in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields, we invite you to bring your vision for a more sustainable fashion industry. What to expect?
- Support — You’ll have a network of support during the trainee year, from experienced colleagues in different areas of the business that will be on hand to help you learn. You’ll also have the chance to connect with trainees from the previous year’s cohort and take some guidance from their experience.
- Relocation — We’ll help you relocate and get settled in Stockholm. We offer a relocation package, which you’ll learn about further along in the recruitment process. If you are assigned to a rotation or project outside of Sweden, we’ll help you relocate to that new location as well.
- Compensation — As a trainee at H&M, you will get a Swedish market-based, monthly salary throughout the program and H&M Group employee benefits, too.
