Job Description

As Social Media Manager, you will shape how our global community experiences COS online – through thoughtful content, innovative campaigns, and a consistent, elevated presence across all platforms.

  • Develop and execute a global organic social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of three, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Oversee the social media calendar and content creation, ensuring platform-native, on-brand storytelling.
  • Translate seasonal themes into content briefs and collaborate with creative teams on social-first assets.
  • Manage the social media budget, allocating spend strategically across content production and boosting ads.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to amplify key brand moments and runway shows.
  • Commission and co-create content with VIPs and collaborators that reflect the brand\’s voice.
  • Oversee community management, ensuring tone of voice follows brand guidelines.
  • Monitor performance analytics and use insights to guide content strategy and optimisation.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and maintain strong relationships with social media partners.

  • Previous experience managing social media for a luxury or fashion brand, with proven leadership skills.
  • Highly strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the luxury sector and digital trends.
  • Experience managing a small, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and align with key partners and stakeholders.

Additional Information

This is a Full time Temporary 12 months contract based at our Head Office in London to start around December.
