Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for our UK & Ireland market. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and provide exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and oversee in-house payroll operations.
- Coordinate and manage outsourced payroll services.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll records.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
- Implement and maintain payroll systems and processes.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
- Support and develop the payroll team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management with strong experience in auditing and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
