As a Team Leader you will lead a high-performing DC team to ensure daily operational excellence, focusing on team development, compliance, and continuous improvement to support customer satisfaction and business goals.
You will:
- Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate flow of goods across inbound, outbound, returns, VAS, and inventory functions.
- Train, coach, and support team members to build capability and improve performance.
- Promote accountability through clear expectations, feedback, and hands-on leadership.

You will oversee a team of DC Associates by leading daily operations, organising their workload and serving as their primary point of support. In this role, you will assist the Department Manager in optimizing operational excellence. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including system specialists, wave planners, and the controlling team, to identify and mitigate risks and issues ensuring operational efficiency.
We are looking for people with:
- Good operational DC inbound and outbound experience across Online and Retail.
- Hands-on approach for pragmatic day-to-day workflow management and problem resolution.
- Good understanding of warehouse management system.
- Knowledgeable in operational inbound/outbound logistics standards, as well as department sustainability targets.
- Experience in formal HR processes.
- Strong communicators and possess excellent coordination skills.
