As a Lease Admin for the UK/IE, you are responsible for digital and physical contract management in your sales market, and support your colleagues in Leasing, Legal and Accounting with data quality.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring lease details remain accurate and up to date in our property database and accounting systems.
- Working closely with local Leasing and Accounts teams to ensure we pay rents according to contract, owning the rental payment follow-up routine for your market.
- Accurate and efficient management of all turnover-related reporting, certification, and communication for the store portfolio.
- Communicating regularly with landlords and liaising with external auditors to provide requested documentation and information.
- Collaborating with colleagues in your market and region, as well as cross functionally and supporting all brands in your market.
