Job Description
COS is on a mission to become a Global Power Brand in accessible luxury. Today we work with 3 main franchise partners and are present in 7 markets with around 24 stores, with many more to come. Through these important partnerships, we get access to local knowledge, infrastructure and talent whilst our partners get access to our amazing brand and retail excellence. In this role you will work to create the best conditions for our established partners in order to achieve our ambitious targets and deliver on our brand plan.
What you will do:
- Financial Strategy: Define and execute the global commercial franchise strategy in line with brand positioning and long-term growth objectives. Own sales forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking and help to drive revenue and margin opportunities for established partners.
- Multi-site Operations management: Ensure consistent execution across the global portfolio of franchise stores, protecting high quality service standards and supporting change management processes which enhance personalisation, commercial optimisation and digital development.
- Brand and Product Expertise: Own commercial terms, pricing structures, assortments and regional exclusivities with buying. Partner cross-functionally to ensure strong execution across product launches, inventory planning, and marketing support. Provide clear market insights and feedback to inform product strategy and demand planning.
- Stakeholder Management: Represent the brand externally with key partners, ensuring consistent and premium brand execution. Lead and manage relationships with all partners and facilitate strong collaboration and the alignment needed to create growth.
You will be expected to travel internationally and should have the flexibility to be travelling up to 40% of the time.

- High stakes Communication and Decision Framing: Board level communication skills - the ability to simplify complex issues, present risks, scenarios and opportunities clearly to senior leaders.
