This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The role is based at H&M Hull store, in St Stephen\’s shopping centre.
As a Department Manager, you are responsible for overseeing a department to support the store\’s sales and profitability, and you will lead your team to deliver a Customer First Experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead with a vision to ensure the best experience for colleagues and customers
- Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support development and training
- Analyze and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department
- Ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security standards are met according to H&M and local laws to ensure safety for all
