WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Business Expert you will support 3PL operations and system integration while driving compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement through collaboration and agile problem-solving. You will:
- Train and support 3PL operators in WMS functionality and key warehouse processes to drive operational excellence according to the H&M standard.
- Oversee system integrations (WMS, WCS, PLC) and ensure their smooth performance to secure daily operations and service continuity.
- Communicate system updates and monitor their implementation, ensuring correct system usage and uninterrupted business operations.
- Ensure effective incident management while maintaining high standards of IT procedures and compliance with H&M guidelines.
- Support the DC Manager and collaborate with local and global stakeholders on operational, system, and project-related initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement within DC operations and act as a key contact (PSR/NCG), ensuring compliance with safety, sustainability, and service standards.
- Conduct business process audits to ensure alignment with H&M Group standards.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure system performance, support daily operations, drive improvements, and maintain alignment with business and technical standards. Key Collaborators include, but are not limited to 3PL (external), 3PL-DC Mgr, 3PL DC Controlling Mgr., Transport and Trade Department, Regional Sales and WH Team.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with:
- Strong understanding of DC technology infrastructure and supporting systems, with the ability to support system-related operations and resolve technical incidents.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse logistics processes and their practical application within a Distribution Center environment.
- Ability to communicate change requests from 3PL to relevant stakeholders and act as a key contact for global functions and local Sales, ensuring compliance with company standards, guidelines, and processes.
- Experience in process optimization and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement in DC operations.
- Knowledge of compliance, risk, and governance, including conducting business process audits.
- Understanding of inbound and outbound planning, including delivery scheduling and alignment with Merchandising on priorities and stock movements.
