Your Role You should have excellent customer service skills, a preference for work away from an office and the ability to lead confidently in emotionally charged situations. Planning and workload management are important; adaptability is essential.
Training & Support You will receive full bailiff training, court case management systems training, mentoring, PPE, safety training, and a allowances package including a £2,000 per annum role‐specific allowance.
Driving and Car Use A UK driving licence is required with an own car at offer. After probation you may use a lease car. Fuel allowances are paid.
Further Information The role offers flexible part‐time options; minimum 30 hours per week over 5 days if applicable. Working arrangements can include hybrid (60% office).
